用激光场处理玉米种子,以提高玉米的抗旱性。结果表明,激光场处理玉米种子能提高叶组织含水量,改变叶组织自由水与束缚水含量,提高细胞持水能力,降低玉米叶片细胞液的渗透势,促进根系的发育。特别是在干旱条件,经激光场处理的玉米叶片有效水含量比对照高29%,且降低玉米萎焉系数,提高玉米的叶水势,导致玉米抗旱性能有所提高。不同激光场强度处理效果有异,最佳的激光场强度为11mw,其次为13mw,再次为9mw。
Maize seeds are treated with a laser field to increase the drought resistance of maize. The results showed that laser field treatment of corn seeds could increase leaf water content, change free and irreducible water content in leaf tissue, increase cell water holding capacity, reduce osmotic potential of maize leaf cells and promote root development. Especially under drought conditions, the effective water content of corn leaves treated by laser field was 29% higher than that of the control, and the coefficient of decline of corn wilt and the leaf water potential of maize were increased, resulting in the improvement of drought resistance of maize. Different laser field intensity treatment effect is different, the best laser field intensity of 11mw, followed by 13mw, again 9mw.
