2005年中国食品工业协会的纯粮固态认定及认监委的酒类质量等级认证成了行业内热点话题。随着广告营销、文化营销的流行,酒行业出现重营销轻技术的趋势,致使产品高度同质化,出现一年喝倒一个牌子的现象。酒行业骨干企业已经认识到重营销轻技术带来的弊端,开始注重产品科研,并踊跃参与认定和认证工作。认定和认证的开展,成了酒行业2005年大事中的重中之重,结束了白酒业近十年重营销、轻技术的局面。
