微电子技术又可称为超大规模集成电路技术,从技术层面讲,它是整个信息技术领域的基石;从IT产业链来讲,它是整个产业链的上游,因此掌握该领域技能至关重要。高职院校开设微电子相关专业,培养该领域学生正是为该领域服务的。通过这些年的教学实践来看,微电子类课程的教学具有以下特点:1.课程难度很高,专业性很强;2.课程实践性很强,而能提供实践教学的设施及维护费用非常高,部分院校只能使用部分低成本落后淘汰产品。因此,传统的课堂教学和一般性的实训教学已经不是很适用。经过长期的调研和大量论证,本文提出了虚拟化实训车间构想,可以很好地解决在微电子教学中遇到的系列问题,并培养出该领域的优秀人才。

The course is very practical, but can provide practical teaching facilities and maintenance costs are very High, some colleges and universities can only use some of the low-cost backward products. Therefore, the traditional classroom teaching and general practice teaching is not very applicable. After a long period of research and a large number of demonstration, this paper puts forward the concept of virtualization training workshop, which can well solve a series of problems encountered in microelectronics teaching and cultivate talents in this field.
