目的:建立通脉颗粒的定性定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中川芎、山楂、葛根等进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对通脉颗粒中阿魏酸进行含量测定,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(22∶78∶1),检测波长为323 nm。结果:薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;阿魏酸线性范围为(0.027~0.489)μg,r=0.999 8(n=7),平均回收率为96.8%,RSD=1.3%。结论:本实验所建立的分析方法简便,灵敏,可靠,可作为通脉颗粒的定性定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for Tongmai Granules. Methods: The qualitative identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Astragali, Puerariae Radix et Rhizoma Chuanxiong in the preparation was carried out by thin layer chromatography. The content of ferulic acid in Tongmai Granules was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (22:78:1). ), detection wavelength is 323 nm. RESULTS: Thin spots were clear and no interference was observed in negative controls. The linear range of ferulic acid was (0.027-0.489) μg, r=0.999 8 (n=7). The average recovery was 96.8%, and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: The analytical method established in this experiment is simple, sensitive and reliable, and can be used as a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for Tongmai Granules.
