该实验用银叶真藓和泥炭藓为外植体,以不同体积质量分数的Knop培养基、微量元素、酒石酸铵和糖类为因子,采用正交试验设计的方法,研究影响两种苔藓植物配子托和银叶真藓原丝体生长的主要因子.研究结果显示:①在以上4种因子中,糖类是影响两种苔藓植物生长的主要因子,葡萄糖或蔗糖的体积质量分数在接近5g/L时最有利于两种苔藓植物生长;②银叶真藓原丝体液体培养,采用未经稀释的knop培养基效果最好,而在固体培养基上培养银叶真藓和泥炭藓配子托,采用稀释2倍的Knop培养基效果最好;③酒石酸铵对泥炭藓配子托生长的影响程度仅次于糖类,是比较重要的因子.
In this experiment, Tricholoma giganteum and Peat moss were used as explants.
