利用植物-微生物联合修复炼油厂的含油污泥,分析了修复过程中总石油烃质量分数、脱氢酶活性和生物毒性的变化。结果表明,植物-微生物联合修复的总石油烃降解率比自然修复提高了30.49%,在修复过程中,其脱氢酶活性最高为198.48μg/(g·h),是自然修复[46.8μg/(g·h)]的4.24倍。植物-微生物联合修复的生物毒性(苯酚的毒性当量浓度)由最初值7 793 mg/kg降低至2 691 mg/kg。因此,植物-微生物联合修复是处理含油污泥的有效方法,可应用于生产实际。
The combination of plant and microorganism was used to repair oily sludge in oil refinery, and the changes of total petroleum hydrocarbon mass fraction, dehydrogenase activity and biological toxicity were analyzed. The results showed that the total petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate of the combined phytoremediation was 30.49% higher than that of the natural restoration, and the highest dehydrogenase activity was 198.48μg / (g · h) during the restoration process, which was a natural repair [46.8μg / (g · h)] of 4.24 times. The phytotoxicity of phytosanitary remediation (phenol equivalent concentration) decreased from the initial value of 7 793 mg / kg to 2 691 mg / kg. Therefore, phytosanitary remediation is an effective method to deal with oily sludge and can be applied to the actual production.
