目前,虚假广告泛滥成灾,给人们的工作和生活造成了巨大危害。如何治理和整顿虚假广告是当前亟待解决的一个重大问题。我们应从广告法律、广告明星代言人、广告刊播程序和消费者四个角度解析广告的把关人,减少直至杜绝虚假广告,维护社会经济秩序的稳定。
At present, the fake advertising flooded, causing great harm to people’s work and life. How to manage and rectify false advertising is a major issue to be solved urgently. We should analyze the advertisements from four perspectives: advertising law, advertising celebrity endorsers, advertising programs and consumers. We should reduce advertising until the false advertisements are upheld, and maintain the stability of the social and economic order.
