我厂在给鞍钢加工承球筒大齿轮时,遇到了很大的困难。齿轮直径达4公尺,模数24公厘,这样大的齿轮,对我们来说确实是有困难。但是工人同志们并没有被这困难吓倒,他们利用两台旧车床床身、废丝杠、齿轮、蜗轮和立铣头等,组成一台“积木式”大型齿轮铣床,顺利地完成了加工任务。一、机床结构 1.支承机构:由立柱1、床身19、工作台13等组成。 2.执行机构:由立铣头3组成。 3.传动机构:由丝杠2、变速齿轮7、蜗轮6等组成。
