定位于20p13ADAM33基因已被认为是哮喘易感基因。ADAM33在间质细胞限制性表达,参与气道结构的改变,与支气管高反应性和加速肺功能下降有关。ADAM33影响疾病的表型,可作为一个主要的形态形成修复基因,可能与慢性阻塞性肺疾病和银屑病相关。越来越多的研究发现,对ADAM33的认识不再局限于哮喘,该基因变异对疾病表型的的影响尚须探索。
The 20p13ADAM33 gene has been identified as a susceptible gene for asthma. ADAM33 restricted expression in interstitial cells involved in changes in airway structure, and bronchial hyperreactivity and accelerated pulmonary function decline. ADAM33 affects the phenotype of the disease and may serve as a major morphogenic repair gene that may be associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and psoriasis. More and more studies have found that awareness of ADAM33 is no longer limited to asthma. The effect of this gene mutation on the phenotype of the disease needs to be explored.
