抗感染免疫是机体抵抗病原生物及其有害产物的侵害,维持机体生理平衡的一项重要功能。其能力的强弱除与遗传、年龄、机体的营养状态等因素有关外,还取决于机体的免疫功能。外源性抗原刺激机体后产生相应抗体,并通过激活补体由补体系统的活化发挥抗感染作用。本文阐述了补体的含义、激活途径、生物学活性以及补体系统在抗感染免疫的作用。
Anti-infective immunity is the body’s resistance to pathogenic organisms and their harmful products, maintaining the body’s physiological balance of an important function. In addition to the strength of its ability and genetic, age, the body’s nutritional status and other factors, but also depends on the body’s immune function. Exogenous antigens stimulate the body to produce the corresponding antibody, and by activating complement activation by the complement system play an anti-infective effect. This article describes the implications of complement, the pathway of activation, biological activity, and the role of the complement system in anti-infective immunity.
