近年来,医疗纠纷明显增多,医患矛盾日益增加,其主要原因是医患沟通障碍。良好的医患沟通是融洽医患关系,化解医患矛盾,降低医疗风险的重要措施。因此必须建立健全医患沟通制度,不断提高医务人员自身素养和技术水平,掌握沟通技巧,不断赢得患者的理解和信任,努力营造和谐的医患关系。
In recent years, the number of medical disputes has increased significantly, and the contradiction between doctors and patients has been increasing. The main reason for this is the doctor-patient communication disorder. Good communication between doctor and patient is an important measure to harmonize the relationship between doctor and patient, resolve the contradiction between doctor and patient, and reduce the medical risk. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and improve the communication system between doctors and patients, continuously improve their own literacy and technical skills, acquire communication skills, continuously win the patients’ understanding and trust, and strive to create a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
