本实验采用Franz扩散小室,初步研究了利福平(Rifampin ,RFP)的透皮吸收情况,实验结果表明:RFP能透过离体小白鼠皮肤,且月桂氮(艹卓)酮(Azone,氮铜)能明显地促进其透皮吸收。含5%(W/W)氮铜的RFP软膏在各时间下的透皮吸收量比不含氮酮者均提高了1倍以上。本文用抛物线拟合法建立了不周时间下不同浓度的氮酮对RFP透皮吸收量的数学模型,求得氮酮对RFP透皮吸收促进作用的最佳浓度为5.70±0.45%。
In this experiment, the Franz diffusion cell was used to study the transdermal absorption of Rifampin (RFP). The results showed that RFP could penetrate the skin of isolated mice and Azone (Azone) Copper) can significantly promote its transdermal absorption. RFP ointment containing 5% (w / w) nitrogen-copper had a more than doubled transdermal absorption at each time point compared with that without azone. In this paper, a mathematical model of percutaneous absorption of Azone with different concentrations of Azone on RFP was established by parabolic fitting method. The optimum concentration of azone for promoting percutaneous absorption of RFP was 5.70 ± 0.45%.
