[目的]观察富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)对兔牙槽骨的修复作用.[方法]将白兔分为4个组,将每只白兔的双侧下颌同名牙拔除,将左侧拔牙窝作为实验组,拔牙后即刻充填PRF;右侧拔牙窝作为对照组,拔牙后以明胶海绵填充.每组白兔均分别在术后第2,4,8,12周处死,观察牙槽骨的修复情况.[结果]术后2,4周实验组牙槽嵴高度与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).实验组拔牙创区牙槽骨骨密度与对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]PRF对牙槽骨缺损有明显的促进愈合作用,可减少牙槽嵴的吸收,维持牙槽嵴的高度,尤其在修复早期这种效果更明显,提高新生骨组织的骨密度.
[Objective] To observe the repair effect of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) on the alveolar bone of rabbits. [Methods] The rabbits were divided into four groups, the bilateral mandibular teeth of each rabbit were removed by the same name, As the experimental group, the PRF was filled immediately after tooth extraction, the tooth extraction socket on the right was used as the control group, and the tooth was filled with gelatin sponge after tooth extraction.The rabbits of each group were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation, [Results] The alveolar ridge height of the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The difference of alveolar bone density between experimental group and control group was significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] PRF can significantly promote healing of alveolar bone defects, reduce the alveolar ridge absorption and maintain the alveolar ridge height, especially in the early stage of repair. This effect is more obvious, Improve bone density in nascent bone tissue.
