煎煮过程中不同药用部位饮片吸水系数研究

目的通过寻找加水量与处方药量的量化关系,合理控制煎药过程中的加水量,保证代煎药质量。方法随机抽取52张门诊代煎处方,通过分析处方吸水系数、煎药过程耗水量及所需药液量,建立药量与加水量的量化关系。结果建立了药量与加水量的量化公式,加水量=吸水系数×药量+耗水量+所需药液量。结论该方法简便、可行。 Objective To find out the relationship between the amount of water and the prescription dose, control the amount of water during the decoction and ensure the quality of the decoction. Methods A total of 52 out-patient prescriptions were randomly selected to determine the quantitative relationship between the dose and the amount of water by analyzing the water absorption coefficient of the prescription, the water consumption during the decoction and the amount of liquid required. The results established a quantitative formula of the amount of water and add water = water absorption coefficient × dose + water consumption + the amount of liquid required. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible.
