我厂生产的的Y55132插齿机上有一油缸体零件,共内孔尺寸为φ80H7,孔长405mm,要求表面粗糙度R_a0.4,圆度误差为0.015mm。内孔需要磨削成形,因我厂没有专用的长孔径内圆磨削设备或磨头,无法加工内孔。为此,我们自制了一套用于M250A磨床的加长磨头,该磨头结构简单,使用方便,加工精度高。经使用,效果良好,克服了设备不足,解决了生产难度。 加长磨头结构如图所示。它由磨头座1、传动夹头2、砂轮轴3及弹簧座4等构成。磨头总长490mm,加工时,磨头处于悬臂状态下工作。为了保证砂轮的回转运动精度高(砂轮轴外伸端φ20mm圆跳动为0.01mm,轴向窜动公差0.005mm),刚性好。在砂轮轴两端分别装了一对向心球轴承(D46105),并通过弹簧5、传动夹头2、螺纹环12和密封盖11对轴承13施加一定的预紧力。由于受加工零件的孔径尺寸和砂轮使用直径范围的限制,磨
