干粉吸入给药是一种有效治疗肺部疾病的重要手段,临床应用逐年增加。雾化通道是干粉吸入装置中起到使药物解聚雾化、输送的重要结构,直接影响疗效。本文综述了不同雾化通道的结构及原理,设计中使用的数值模拟技术,及药物微粒雾化、沉积效果体外性能检测与评价的相关方法。
Dry powder inhalation is an effective treatment of pulmonary disease an important means of clinical application increased year by year. The atomization channel is an important structure that enables the drug to de-agglomerate and atomize in the powder inhalation device and directly affects the curative effect. In this paper, the structures and principles of different atomization channels, the numerical simulation techniques used in the design, and the related methods for the detection and evaluation of in vitro performance of drug particle atomization and deposition are reviewed.
