目的 观察肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、干扰素 (IFN)在舌癌综合治疗中的地位及可行性 ,探讨舌癌治疗的新途径。方法 采用MTT法检测TNF ,IFN对舌鳞状细胞癌 (Tca8113)细胞株的体外抑制作用及其对化、放疗的影响。结果 ⑴TNF ,IFN对Tca8113的抑制作用均存在明显的量效关系 ,二者合用时抑制作用比单用时明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;⑵TNF ,IFN能明显增强低剂量Taxol、DDP、PLM等化疗药物对Tca8113的生长抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 )或P <0 0 1) ;⑶TNF能增强 2~ 8Gy放疗剂量下对Tca8113杀伤作用 (P <0 0 1)。结论 TNF、IFN可能提高舌癌 (Tca8113)化、放疗效果 ,降低其毒性 ,在舌癌的综合治疗中存在广阔的应用前景。
Objective To observe the status and feasibility of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interferon (IFN) in the comprehensive treatment of tongue cancer and explore new ways of treating tongue cancer. Methods The inhibitory effect of TNF and IFN on Tca8113 cells in vitro and their effects on the chemotherapy and radiotherapy were tested by MTT assay. Results (1) The inhibitory effects of TNF and IFN on Tca8113 were significantly dose-effect relationship. The inhibitory effect of TF and IFN on Tca8113 was significantly higher than that of Tca8113 alone (P <0.05). ⑵TNF and IFN could significantly enhance the low dose of Taxol, DDP and PLM Tca8113 could inhibit the growth of Tca8113 (P <0.05 or P <0.01). (3) TnF could enhance the cytotoxicity of Tca8113 (P <0.01) under radiotherapy doses of 2 ~ 8 Gy. Conclusions TNF and IFN may improve the effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy of tongue cancer (Tca8113) and reduce their toxicity. There is a wide range of application prospects in the comprehensive treatment of tongue cancer.
