心理与犯罪变态心理,是精神医学中的用语,相对于“常态心理”而言。“常态心理”即绝大多数人所具有、符合自然的心理状态。如果某种心理现象是绝大多数人没有的,那就属于“非常态”。非常态的心理现象可以包括“正负”两极值。其中,非常态的“负值”一般都被称为变态心理或病态心理。即“否定性的非常态”均为“变态”。变态心理涉及“心理”不同方面的问题,有感知、记忆、想象、思维、注意、情感、意志、智力、人格、行为等方面的变态。许多变态的人,其智力及社会心理活动都很正常,只是在某一活动对象上或方式上不同于常人。因此,变态心理者多数都具有行为责任能力。 Mental and criminal psychology, is a term in psychiatry, relative to the “normal psychology”. “Normal Psychology ” That is, most people have, in line with the natural state of mind.
