中等职业学校肩负着直接为就业市场培养、输送各种合格的技能型应用人才的重任,这就决定了中等职业学校教师在向学生传授理论知识的同时,更应指导学生进行实践活动。职业院校的人才培养模式决定了职教教师必须具备“双师”素质。在明确“双师型”教师的认定标准和流程、建立和完善“双师型”教师的培训与激励机制后,必将使“双师型”教师队伍建设能够有的放矢,为社会培养更多优秀的技术人才。
