我公司与德国联合生产的MAHO800系列加工中心质量上乘,虽花费大量人力、物力宣传,产品却滞销。许多用户在购买前都提出了对形状极为复杂且无法人工编程的零件进行试切的要求,对高附加值、高技术含量的产品,用户已不再轻信宣传。为此,公司专门成立了课题攻关小组,利用CAD/CAM/CAE一体化的EUCLID软件中的高级曲面数控编程(SURFAPT)模块进行复杂零件的自动编程。经过近半年的探索,从熟悉模具图纸、建立数学模型,到产生刀位文件、后置处理、代码转换、程序传输直至试切,解决了一系列关键技术,并成功地试切了三个模具零件,赢得了广大用户的信任。利用CAD/CAM一体化的先进技术推销产品是我公司的新尝试,并取得了满意的效果。

Many users put forward the requirement of cutting and cutting the parts whose shape is extremely complicated and can not be manually programmed before buying, and the users no longer believe in the propaganda for high value-added and high-tech products. After nearly six months of exploration, from the familiar mold drawings, the establishment of mathematical models, to produce the cutter file, post-processing, transcoding, program transfer until trial cutting, to solve a series of key technologies and successfully cut the three mold Parts, won the majority of users trust. Using CAD / CAM integration of advanced technology to sell products is my company’s new attempt, and achieved satisfactory results.
