三唑并嘧啶类除草剂是作用于乙酰乳酸合成酶的新的一类超高效除草剂,本文采用CASAC软件中的逐步线性回归方法,在二维水平上通过讨论三唑并嘧啶类化合物对油菜rape(Gosypiumspp.),欧龙牙草cocklebur(Xanthiumspp.),曼陀罗jimsonweed(Datura,stramonium),牵牛花annualmorningglory(lpomoeaspp.),苋菜pigweed(Amaranthusspp.),玉米corn(Zeamays),狗尾草Yelowfoxtail(Setarialutescens)等植物抑制活性的构效关系,进一步分析了这类除草剂对不同植物的选择性,为设计新的化合物提供了新的参考建议。本文使用的物化参数是:克分子折射(MR),取代基的长度(L1),取代基的宽度(B5),取代基的电负性(EN),和分子的疏水性参数(ORGA.INOR)。
