以Gardner、Harter、Dornyei等人提出的动机模式理论为基础,对参加大庆师范学院外国语学院职业技能训练中心168名2007、2008、2009三个年级五个班的学生展开调查。通过开放式调查问卷和设计式调查问卷手段,分析了英语专业学生参加教师职业技能训练的动机,为使技能训练形式成为更有目的性、实用性的手段,并最终为我国基础教育改革的着眼点和着力点而提供借鉴参考。
Based on the motivation theory proposed by Gardner, Harter, Dornyei and others, 168 students from five vocational classes of vocational skills training center of Foreign Language College of Daqing Normal University were investigated in 2007, 2008 and 2009. By means of open questionnaires and design questionnaires, the motivation of English majors to participate in teacher vocational skill training is analyzed. In order to make skill training form a more purposeful and practicable means, and ultimately for the reform of China’s basic education Point and focus and provide reference.
