在X70管线钢LF精炼后期分别以100 m/min和200 m/min速度向钢中喂入300~500 m硅钙线或添加硅钙钡铁,对钢中夹杂物进行变性处理。喂钙后钢样、结晶器钢样和铸坯样中的CaTot和夹杂物分析表明:钙处理后钢中钙含量在不断下降;夹杂物的组成、形貌和尺寸也在不断变化。根据钢中夹杂物的变化、夹杂物对高级别管线钢性能和连铸顺行的影响,提出了高级别管线钢生产中夹杂物变性控制策略。
In the later stage of LF refining of X70 pipeline steel, 300 ~ 500 m Si-Ca or Fe-Si-Ba-Fe was fed to the steel at 100 m / min and 200 m / min, respectively, and the inclusions in the steel were denatured. The analysis of CaTot and inclusions in steel sample, mold steel sample and cast slab sample after calcium feeding shows that the content of calcium in steel decreases continuously; the composition, morphology and size of inclusions also change continuously. According to the changes of inclusions in steel and the influence of inclusions on the properties of high-grade pipeline steel and the continuous casting, the control strategy of inclusion degeneration in high-grade pipeline steel is proposed.
