为探讨铁缺乏对红细胞膜蛋白的影响,对缺铁性贫血大鼠红细胞脱Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活力与位点进行了研究。结果表明,随缺铁病程发展,酶活力呈现不同的变化特征;缺铁大鼠和正常大鼠酶位点测值之间无显著差异;与对照组不同,缺铁红细胞的酶活力与酶位点之间无相关联系,提示缺铁红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活力变化可能主要受酶分子所处的细胞代谢状态和空间结构环境的调控。
To investigate the effect of iron deficiency on erythrocyte membrane protein, the activity and site of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in erythrocytes of iron deficiency anemia rats were studied. The results showed that with the development of iron deficiency course, the enzyme activity showed different characteristics; There was no significant difference between the enzyme-deficient rats and the normal rats. Compared with the control group, No correlation was found between the spots, suggesting that the change of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase activity in the membrane of the iron-deficient erythrocytes may be mainly regulated by the metabolic state of the cells in which the enzyme molecule is located and the spatial structure and environment.
