现在,我国已经进入建立社会主义市场经济体制的新时期,这将对职工教育的实践和理论产生重大而深远的影响。关于新时期职工教育的研究,就是要探索职工教育规律如何在市场经济条件下呈现和发挥作用或职工教育如何与市场经济相适应并为其服务的问题。现在,不仅要有指导思想的转变,还要有教育内容、运行机制、工作方法、管理体制等方面的转变。这里,仅就如下问题谈些粗浅看法。
Now that our country has entered a new era of establishing a socialist market economic system, this will have a profound and far-reaching impact on the practice and theory of staff education. The study of staff education in the new period means to explore how the law of staff and workers plays a role in the market economy or how the staff education can adapt to and serve the market economy. Now, not only must there be a change in guiding ideology but also a shift in educational content, operational mechanisms, working methods and management systems. Here, just to talk about the following questions some superficial view.
