目的 :探讨经纤维支气管镜氩等离子体凝固 (APC)在气道金属支架置入后的应用价值。方法 :2例支气管结核、1例气管鳞癌和 1例气管腺样囊性癌 ,在镍钛合金气道支架置入后存在新生物或肉芽组织过度生长 ,应用APC治疗。结果 :4例患者治疗后的评价均为有效 ,术后 8~ 12个月复查治疗局部没有肿瘤及肉芽组织再生 ,支架无断裂。结论 :经纤维支气管镜APC治疗是解决肿瘤或肉芽组织向支架内或过分生长的有效手段之一。
Objective: To investigate the value of bronchofocal argon plasma coagulation (APC) after balloon stenting. Methods: Two cases of bronchial tuberculosis, one case of squamous cell carcinoma of the trachea and one case of tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma were treated with APC after the implantation of nitinol stents. Results: The evaluation of 4 patients was effective after treatment. No recurrence of tumor and granulation tissue was found in 8 to 12 months after operation, and the stent was not broken. Conclusion: The treatment of APC by bronchofibroscopy is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of tumor or granulation tissue being in-stent or over-growth.
