随着滴滴、快的、人民优步等众多互联网约车平台的推出,即“专车”的普及,人们的交通出行迎来了“私人订制”时代,相对传统出租车行业扬招拦车,“专车”足不出户的便利化、信息化可谓是跨时代的革新。由于“专车”在信息技术上先天优于传统出租车的便利,造成客源的急速分流,使得“专车”一进入出租车客运市场,就引起市场的强烈波动。自“专车”进入市场以来,罢运及冲突事件不断。仅2015年1月份,吉林长春、山东济南、四川成都、江西南昌等四地传统出租车司机便以“份子钱”过高,“专车”运营为由罢运。事实上,出现出租车司机集体罢运的实质是对现有制度的不满与质疑,特许经营下的严格管制造成司机的盈利空间与合法权利受到严重挤压。
