All behaviors that are required for development must abide by the laws and regulations and can not pass the moral bottom line. Therefore, the enterprise should bear the social obligation in proportion to its income level. However, some enterprises only focus on their own interests and harm the public interest, which brings great economic and survival pressure on the society. Seen in this light, the regulation of corporate social responsibility is imperative.
