大科学装置投资额高、规模大、多学科交叉、技术要求高等特征,使得装置建设质量管理过程存在节点多、预见性差和反馈周期长等问题。基于此,从全过程、全员、全组织和多方法应用的质量管理维度出发,构建了大科学装置的全面质量管理模型,并给出了具体管理方法,保证了大科学装置最终交付质量达标,同时顾客满意。该方法已有效应用于神光-Ⅲ激光装置的质量管理实践中,研究成果对其他大科学装置质量管理具有参考价值和借鉴作用。
