30%噻呋酰胺 咪鲜胺悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,230nm波长下对30%噻呋酰胺·咪鲜胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在该分析方法下,噻呋酰胺和咪鲜胺的线性相关系数分别为0.999 1和0.999 6,标准偏差分别为0.034和0.068,变异系数分别为0.64%和0.27%,平均回收率分别为99.88%和99.65%。 In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography with methanol and water as mobile phase, C 18 columns and UV-vis detector were used to separate and quantify 30% thiatriafil · prochloraz suspension at 230 nm analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thifluzamide and prochloraz were 0.999 1 and 0.999 6, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.034 and 0.068, and the coefficients of variation were 0.64% and 0.27%, respectively. The average recoveries were respectively 99.88% and 99.65%.
