随着现代医学技术日新月异的发展,免疫组织化学方法的研究应用,对眼科病理学领域中形态学及组织化学的观察提供了一个新的手段。由于免疫荧光和酶结合技术的运用,使识别各种不同细胞和组织相关抗原的高度敏感试验已成为可行。这些新技术对于了解和分类免疫学上间变性疾病以及肿瘤性病变提供了极大的帮助,对淋巴样肿瘤更精确的分类以及对分化较好的恶性肿瘤的诊断上尤为有用,对于探讨肿瘤的发生学也是一个必不可少的手段。
With the rapid development of modern medical technology, the application of immunohistochemical methods provides a new means for the observation of morphology and histochemistry in the field of ophthalmic pathology. Due to the use of immunofluorescence and enzyme-binding techniques, highly sensitive assays to identify various cell- and tissue-associated antigens have become feasible. These new technologies provide great help in understanding and classifying the immunologically degenerative diseases and neoplastic lesions. They are particularly useful for the more accurate classification of lymphoid neoplasms and for the diagnosis of well-differentiated malignant neoplasms. Genetics is also an essential tool.
