提出了一种更切合实际的温度误差补偿和修正方法:采用微分膨胀系数代替平均膨胀系数。同时介绍了微分膨胀系数的测量方法及其测量不确定度。
A more realistic method of temperature error compensation and correction is proposed: the differential expansion coefficient is used instead of the average expansion coefficient. At the same time, the measurement method of differential expansion coefficient and its measurement uncertainty are introduced.
