企业估值是一项复杂而细致的工作,存在诸多的误区和问题,进而关系到现代企业的可持续发展。本文立足于现代企业估值中存在的五大问题,进行详细的阐述,并提出了若干意见和建议,以提高企业估值的合理性。本文旨在强化现代企业估值的认识,并为今后相关领域的研究提供一定的参考资料。
Enterprise valuation is a complicated and meticulous work, there are many errors and problems, and thus relates to the sustainable development of modern enterprises. Based on the five major problems existing in the valuation of modern enterprises, this article elaborates in detail and puts forward some opinions and suggestions to improve the rationality of enterprise valuation. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the understanding of the valuation of modern enterprises and to provide some references for the research in related fields in the future.
