基于采空区下特厚煤层综放面来压强烈的现象,分析了压架的原因,并给出了采空区下特厚煤层综放面支架载荷的计算方法。研究表明:上覆采空区形成后,由于采空区散碎岩石的流动性和补给作用,上覆岩层的载荷通过松散采空区垂直均匀作用在下部基岩和工作面上,导致下工作面开挖推进的过程中,上覆载荷基本保持恒定不减小,是工作面开采过程中压架发生的根本原因。
Based on the phenomena of strong pressure on the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face under goaf, the reason of the pressure support is analyzed and the calculation method for the support load of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face under the goaf is given. The results show that after the formation of overlying goaf, the load of overburden acts vertically on the lower bedrock and working face through loose goaf due to the fluidity and recharge of scattered rocks in goaf, In the course of excavation, the overburden load remains basically constant and does not decrease, which is the fundamental reason for the pressure frame in the face mining process.
