目的:建立HPLC法测定七味红花殊胜丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:采用Inertsil OPS-SP(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26:2:72),流速1mL·min-1,柱温25℃;进样量:10μL,检测波长为403nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在进样量范围为(0.0265~0.132)μg时,与峰面积线性关系良好;回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.7%。在选定的条件下,羟基红花黄色素A获得较好分离。结论:该方法简便可行、灵敏准确、能用于七味红花殊胜丸中羟基红花黄色素A的测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Qiwei safflower special tablets. METHODS: Inertsil OPS-SP (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1mL · min- Sample volume: 10μL, detection wavelength of 403nm. Results: The linear range of the peak value of hydroxysafflor yellow A was good at the range of (0.0265 ~ 0.132) μg, the recovery rate was 99.7% and the RSD was 0.7%. Under selected conditions, hydroxy-safflower A is better separated. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Qiwei safflower.
