OBJECTIVE: To study the role of lactobacilli in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV) and its value in restoring the vaginal microecology balance to prevent the recurrence of BV and to explore the important role of Lactobacillus preparation in the treatment of BV and to restore vaginal microecology Balanced time. Methods: 150 patients with BV were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with antibiotics alone. Group B was supplemented with Lactobacillus after one course of antibiotic treatment. Group C supplemented with antibiotic was supplemented with Lactobacillus. Weekly assessment of vaginal microflora, Until the reconstruction of vaginal microecology balance withdrawal; three groups were followed up for 3 months after stopping. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the three treatment regimens were compared and analyzed. Results: The cure rates in all three groups were high (91.30% -95.73%), with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cumulative recurrence rates at each follow-up stage were significantly lower in groups B and C than in group A, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The cumulative recurrence rate in group C was lower than that in group B. The initial BV and BV history BV were 3.53, 5.18 and 7.43 respectively in patients with recurrent BV after reconstructive vaginal microecological balance Statistical difference (P <0.01). Conclusions: The treatment of BV with antibiotics alone has a high recurrence rate, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate after treatment with Lactobacillus. Extending the lactobacilli treatment time completely to restore vaginal microecological balance will significantly reduce the recurrence rate of BV. The incidence of BV in BV patients And the time needed to reconstruct vaginal microflora is positively correlated; therefore, attention should be paid to each treatment of BV.
