用端面摩擦磨损试验机考察了锡青铜镶嵌聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)自润滑轴承材料的摩擦学特性。结果表明:PTFE的嵌入可起到降低和稳定摩擦的作用,可使摩擦系数降至0.13,并使轴承磨损率较锡青铜本身下降2~3个数量级。PTFE的嵌入比例以20%~40%为宜,在PTFE中填加少量石墨形成的复合润滑剂可进一步改善摩擦磨损性能。由X-射线衍射、俄歇电子能谱和X-射线微区分析等的观察和分析发现,PTFE等固体润滑剂在轴承基材及偶件摩擦表面形成的转移膜起到了润滑轴承表面和阻止或减轻45#钢与锡青铜间粘着磨损的作用。
Tribological properties of tin bronze inlaid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) self-lubricating bearing materials were investigated with an end friction and wear tester. The results show that the embedding of PTFE can reduce and stabilize the friction, reduce the friction coefficient to 0.13, and reduce the bearing wear rate by two or three orders of magnitude compared with the bronze itself. PTFE embedding ratio of 20% to 40% is appropriate, add a small amount of graphite PTFE composite lubricant formed to further improve the friction and wear properties.
