目的:研究泡状中鼻甲形态及其引流通道的三维CT影像解剖学特征。方法:对90例(144侧)泡状中鼻甲的住院患者,采用16排螺旋CT扫描,用三维重建技术及影像工作站软件,分析泡状中鼻甲的形态和引流通道分布情况。结果:144侧泡状中鼻甲的形态和引流通道分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),广泛型、板状型、球状型3种类型泡状中鼻甲,广泛型最多见,前筛引流最多。个别泡状中鼻甲存在双向引流。结论:用三维重建技术及影像工作站软件,可以更精准分析泡状中鼻甲的影像学解剖特征,明确泡状中鼻甲疾病的临床诊断,强化鼻内镜下泡状中鼻甲的手术技巧。
OBJECTIVE: To study the three-dimensional CT anatomical features of vesicular middle turbinate and its drainage channels. Methods: Ninety patients (144 sides) with vesicular middle turbinate were enrolled in the study. The 16-slice spiral CT scan was used to analyze the shape of the middle turbinate and the distribution of the drainage channels with three-dimensional reconstruction and imaging workstation software. Results: There were significant differences in the morphology and drainage channel distribution of middle turbinate in 144 sides (P <0.05). Among the three types of vesicular middle turbinate, which were extensive type, plate type and spherical type, most. Bubble middle turbinate there is a two-way drainage. CONCLUSIONS: Using 3D reconstruction and imaging workstation software, the anatomical characteristics of the vesicular middle turbinate can be analyzed more precisely. The clinical diagnosis of vesicular middle turbinate disease can be clarified and the surgical technique of endoscopic turbinate middle turbinate can be strengthened.
