完成新阶段“菜篮子”工作任务,要有新的思路。当前和今后一个时期,“菜篮子”工作要以实现“两个转变”为目标,完善质量标准,强化源头管理,健全市场机制,加快科技进步,发展产业化经营。——完善质量标准,就是要加快质量标准和检验检测体系建设。要根据我国实际情况,参照国际标准,抓紧建立健全“菜篮子”产品质量卫生安全的强制性标准,完善产地环境、加工包装、运输储藏保鲜和动植物检疫等标准以及相关技术规范,使“菜篮子”产品在生产、加工、流通等各个环节都有标准可依。同时,要加大检验检测工作力度,引导生产者、经营者自觉地遵循质量标准。要建立“菜篮子”产品认证认可和产品标识制度,规范对“绿色食品”、“有机食品”及“无公害农产品”的认证和标识.加强对农业转基因生物、转基因食品的安全评价、标识和监管。
