针对高频电路辐射干扰测量时间长,实验配置成本较高的问题,提出一种基于射频电压和射频电流参数测量的高频电路电磁辐射干扰快速分析与预估方法。给出了相应的理论分析和实验系统设计。实验表明:电路射频参数测量与近场及电波暗室测量结果吻合较好,说明基于射频电压探头测量可有效实现对电磁兼容措施改进前后高频电路的辐射干扰快速分析,另基于射频电流探头测量亦可实现对电路电磁辐射场的快速估计。该方法简单快速,对高频电路设计和性能改进有一定参考价值。
Aiming at the problem of long time radiation interference measurement of high frequency circuit and high experimental configuration cost, a fast analysis and prediction method of electromagnetic radiation interference of high frequency circuit based on RF voltage and RF current parameter measurement is proposed. The corresponding theoretical analysis and experimental system design are given. The experimental results show that the measurement of RF parameters in the circuit is in good agreement with the measurement results in near-field and anechoic chamber, which shows that the measurement of RF voltage can effectively realize the rapid analysis of the radiation interference before and after the EMC improvement. Based on the measurement of RF current probe It can realize the fast estimation of the electromagnetic radiation field of the circuit. The method is simple and fast, and has certain reference value for the design of high-frequency circuit and performance improvement.
