海水中微量元素含量甚低,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法不能直接测定,通常需进行预分离和富集。富集方法有螯合溶剂萃取法、共沉淀法、离子交换法。近年来螯合树脂是分离碱金属、富集重金属元素的有效手段之一,广泛用于测定海水中重金属离子。ICP-AES法在多元素的联合测定方面具有比较突出的优点——检出限很低,测定范围可跨越3—4个数量级,同时测定试样中的主、次成分和痕量元素;具有良好的准确度和精密度。本工作采用D401型螯合树脂富集-ICP-AES法测定近岸海水中Co、Cu、Fe、Ni、Zn和Pb。
Seawater trace elements content is very low, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method can not be directly measured, usually to be pre-separation and enrichment. Enrichment methods are chelating solvent extraction, coprecipitation, ion exchange method. In recent years, chelate resin is one of the effective methods for separating alkali metals and enriching heavy metal elements, and is widely used for the determination of heavy metal ions in seawater. The ICP-AES method has the outstanding advantages in the joint determination of multiple elements - the detection limit is very low, the determination range can span 3-4 orders of magnitude, and simultaneously determine the main, minor components and trace elements in the sample; Good accuracy and precision. In this work, Co, Cu, Fe, Ni, Zn and Pb in coastal seawater were determined by D401 Chelating Resin Enrichment-ICP-AES.
