目的筛选毛葡萄叶水提物降脂的有效部位,为进一步分离提纯提供依据。方法采用大孔树脂AB-8柱乙醇-水系统分离毛葡萄叶水提物,建立昆明种小鼠高脂模型,检测血清中的血脂成分和肝中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)以及通过苏丹红染色检测肝内脂质的变化。结果毛葡萄叶水提物的水洗部分能明显降低小鼠血清TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和肝脏TC、TG和丙二醛(MDA)水平,肝组织的苏丹红染色结果表明毛葡萄叶水提物的水洗部分有明显降肝脂作用。结论毛葡萄叶水提物水洗部分是降血脂的有效部位,其效果与阳性药物非诺贝特相当。
