在小型浆体输送试验装置上系统地研究了污泥水焦浆的流变特性、滑移速度和阻力特性。采用Tikhonov正则化方法确定了水焦浆的真实流变特性和壁面滑移速度,研究了污泥添加量对水焦浆真实流变特性、壁面滑移效应、阻力特性和滑移减阻特性的影响。结果表明:水焦浆为胀塑性流体;向水焦浆中添加5%的污泥,浆体的剪切增稠特性减弱;污泥添加量达到10%时,水焦浆随剪切速率增大由胀塑性流体向假塑性流体转变。水焦浆的滑移速度随剪切速率呈加速增长趋势;污泥水焦浆的滑移速度随剪切速率呈减速增长趋势。水焦浆管道流动的阻力系数较大,污泥水焦浆的阻力系数显著降低。水焦浆的滑移减阻率随流速增大而增大,污泥水焦浆的滑移减阻率随流速增大而减小。
The rheological properties, sliding velocity and resistance characteristics of sludge water slurry were systematically studied on a small-sized slurry transfer test device. Tikhonov regularization method was used to determine the real rheological properties and wall slip velocities of water-coke slurry. The effects of sludge dosage on the real rheological properties, wall slip effect, drag characteristics and slip drag reduction properties of water-coke slurry were studied. influences.
