目的探讨梗阻型结肠癌一期切除吻合的方法。方法行一期切除吻合并配合生长抑素应用,避免肠管造瘘减压。结果本组52例,发生切口感染3例,腹腔感染1例,无手术死亡病例。结论生长抑素运用提高了结肠癌们梗阻一期手术切除吻合的成功率,降低患者死亡率及并发症,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the method of primary resection and anastomosis of obstructive colon cancer. Methods A one-stage resection and anastomosis combined with somatostatin application, to avoid intestinal decompression. Results The group of 52 cases, incision infection occurred in 3 cases, abdominal infection in 1 case, no surgical deaths. Conclusion The use of somatostatin improves the successful rate of primary resection and anastomosis of colon cancer and reduces the mortality and complications of colon cancer, which is worthy of promotion and application.
