目的 研究癌基因产物c -erbB2 、EGFR、P2 1 及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在巨大型侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达。 方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 (ABC法 )测定上述蛋白在 67例该类肿瘤和 2 2例非侵袭性肿瘤中的表达。 结果 巨侵型腺瘤中PCNA ,c erbB2 的阳性表达高于非侵袭性腺瘤 ;巨侵型腺瘤中细胞间变组的PCNA、c erbB2 、EGFR及P2 1 的阳性表达高于非间变组。 结论 垂体瘤的侵袭性生长方式及其细胞间变与基因水平的调控障碍有关 ,可据此判断肿瘤的侵袭性及预后
Objective To investigate the expression of oncogene c-erbB2, EGFR, P2 1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in giant invasive pituitary adenomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry (ABC method) was used to determine the expression of these proteins in 67 cases of this tumor and 22 non-invasive tumors. Results The positive expression of PCNA and c erbB2 in macroaggressive adenomas was higher than that in non-invasive adenomas. The positive expression of PCNA, c erbB2, EGFR and P21 in the macroaggregated adenomas was higher than that in the non-integer group. . Conclusion The invasive growth pattern of pituitary adenomas and their intercellular variation are related to the regulation of gene levels, which can be used to judge the invasiveness and prognosis of tumors.
