为了能够更好的适应社会的发展,认清我国人才短缺的现状,我国企业已经开始对人力资源的管理进行创新和完善,因为只有具备充足的人才才能够保证社会的可持续发展。在快速发展的社会局势下,企业如果想要获取最大化的利益,在社会激烈竞争中站稳脚步,必须要对人力资源进行完善和创新。文章重点围绕新经济背景下人力资源存在的问题进行深入的研究,并提出了相应的解决措施。
In order to be able to better adapt to the development of society and recognize the status quo of talent shortage in our country, Chinese enterprises have begun to innovate and improve the management of human resources, because only with sufficient talent can social sustainable development be guaranteed. In a rapidly developing social situation, if enterprises want to maximize their benefits and gain a firm foothold in the fierce social competition, they must perfect and innovate their human resources. The article focuses on the existing problems of human resources in the context of new economy, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
