目的:探讨高海拔地区不同年龄人红细胞免疫功能变化。方法:对112人,男63人,女59人不同年龄移居高原人红细胞免疫功能进行测定。结果:不同年龄移居高原人RBC—C3b值均低于湖州、上海、青岛正常人测定值,RBC—IC值侧高于上述三地区正常人值。随着年龄增长RBC—C3b值与RBC—IC值均有所下降。结论:提示高原缺氧等因素致移居高原人红细胞免疫功能发生了继发性功能低下改变,老年人较中青年人表现的尤为突出。这也可能是高原疾病发生发展的一个因素,应该引起高原医学者重视。
Objective: To investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune function in different ages in high altitude area. Methods: The erythrocyte immune function of 112 migrants, 63 males and 59 females with different ages were measured. Results: The values of RBC-C3b in different age groups were lower than the normal values in Huzhou, Shanghai and Qingdao, and the RBC-IC values were higher than those in the above three regions. With age, RBC-C3b value and RBC-IC value decreased. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that the erythrocyte immune function in high altitude caused by hypoxia and other factors in the plateau has a secondary dysfunction, especially in the elderly. This may also be a factor in the development of altitude sickness and should attract the attention of altitude medical professionals.
