目的:探讨保妇康栓治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者泌尿系感染的临床疗效观察。方法:对42例妇科恶性肿瘤妇女泌尿道感染的患者随机分为两组。A组22例加用保妇康栓,B组20例单纯应用抗生素治疗。比较两组在用抗菌素时间、治愈率的差异。结果:A组泌尿系感染治愈率明显高于B组,抗菌素的使用时间A组明显短于B组。结论:保妇康栓治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者泌尿系感染疗效满意。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Baofukang Suppository on urinary tract infection in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods: A total of 42 patients with gynecological malignant tumors of urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups. A group of 22 cases plus Paul Fukang suppository, B group of 20 cases of simple antibiotic treatment. The difference between the two groups in using antibiotic time and cure rate was compared. Results: The cure rate of urinary tract infection in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the use time of antibiotics in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B. Conclusion: Baofukang suppository is effective in urinary tract infection in patients with gynecological malignancies.
