目的 探讨 Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在人类大肠腺癌 (largeintestine adenocarcinoma,L IA)中的表达及其意义 .方法 运用 HE染色和免疫组织化学方法对 72例人类 L IA进行研究 ,并采用 5例正常人类结肠组织作为对照 .结果 L IA的细胞凋亡随肿瘤分化的不同 ,而有显著的差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,肿瘤的分化程度越高 ,凋亡指数 AI值越大 .Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在L IA中均具有较高程度的表达 ,二者的阳性率分别为 6 1.1%和 6 6 .7% .Bcl- 2与 L IA的分化程度有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肿瘤分化越低 ,其表达也就越低 .c- Myc在不同分化程度 L IA中的表达无显著差异 .Bcl- 2和 c- Myc在 L IA组织中的阳性反应呈显著正相关 (r=0 .4 0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 大肠腺癌细胞凋亡与肿瘤的恶性程度有关 ,Bcl- 2与 c- Myc均与 L IA的细胞凋亡的调控有关 ,推测 Bcl- 2能阻断 c- Myc诱导凋亡的作用 ,但不影响其刺激增殖的作用 ,c- Myc对细胞凋亡和增殖的调控机制是不完全一致的 .
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bcl-2 and c-Myc in human large intestine adenocarcinoma (L IA) .Methods Totally 72 human L IA patients were studied by HE staining and immunohistochemistry, Normal human colonic tissue served as control.Results The apoptotic rate of L IA was significantly different with tumor differentiation (P <0.01), the higher the degree of tumor differentiation, the greater the AI value of apoptosis index.Bcl - 2 and c - Myc in L IA were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of Bcl - 2 and C - Myc were 61.1% and 66.7% respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of c-Myc in LIA with different differentiation degree.The positive reaction of Bcl-2 and c-Myc in LIA tissue was significantly positive (R = 0.402, P <0.05) .Conclusion Apoptosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma is related to the degree of malignancy of tumor, Bcl-2 and c-Myc are related with the regulation of apoptosis in L IA , Presumably Bcl-2 can block the role of c-Myc induced apoptosis, but does not affect its role in stimulating proliferation, c-Myc on apoptosis and proliferation regulation The mechanism is not exactly the same.
