活动是育人的有效载体,是少先队赖以生存和发展的源泉。“没有活动就没有少先队”。因此,教师应该精心策划具有特色、符合儿童发展规律的活动,这是少先队辅导员的重要职责,更是少先队工作的关键。文章就新课程背景下少先队活动开展的误区与对策做出思考和探索。 Activities are an effective carrier of educating people and are the source of the survival and development of Young Pioneers. “There is no activity without the Young Pioneers ”. Therefore, teachers should carefully plan activities that are characteristic and in line with the law of children’s development. This is an important duty of Young Pioneers Counselors and is also the key to the work of Young Pioneers. This article makes some thinking and exploration on the misunderstandings and countermeasures of Young Pioneers activities under the new curriculum background.
